All our products are made to order. We have a NO REFUND or Exchange Policy. Please see below for exceptions. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You are allowed 30 days from delivery date to contact us. Contact us by email at salsaverdesf@gmail.com  Please include a couple of clear photos of the item with a description of the issue. We will review your request and contact you within 48 business hours.
